 PARCHE ASSOCIATION STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

January 12, 2003

Meeting commenced at 1900 EST hours with committee members Will Longman, Bob Lewis and Linda Colavechio present.

The first item of business was review of the By-Laws being considered for adoption. Each article was reviewed and adjustments made as deemed appropriate for our size and mission. The discussions were in depth, lasting over an hour, and at their conclusion the Board directed Bob to rewrite the by-laws as agreed upon. Bob will submit the new version via email to all board members for vote before the 20th of January.

Next the Membership mass mailing was finalized and given the ok to proceed forward. The mailing will commence on 13 Jan. At this time Membership incentives were determined to be the membership card, to be designed and submitted for approval by L. Colavechio for each member. With a Parche Patch to also be presented to each Lifetime member. In addition, at the conclusion of the mailing, a "Crew's list" will be compiled for distribution to members.

The Treasurer's report was read into the record as follows: Parche Checking account $1,559.32, Savings account $500.00, with $90.00 in checks awaiting deposit.

The Membership chair reported three paid members. And four individuals have purchased Hospitality Room entries for the 2003 Reno Reunion.

The meeting was adjoined. Next scheduled meeting is 9 Feb. 2003.
